Our position

Corn Dude is a directory of rankings and reviews. We do not host, store, or distribute explicit media; our listings link out to independent third-party websites. If you believe content that appears on or is linked from the Site infringes your copyright, we will respond to properly submitted notices in line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Submitting a takedown notice

To file a notice, please include the following in writing:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
• The specific URL(s) on Corn Dude where the material appears.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Counter-notices

If you believe your material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address, including the equivalent identifying and good-faith information required by the DMCA.
